OTR Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides CARB testing services and other related services. By using our services or accessing our website www.otr-services.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

 

 

1. Service Eligibility

 

 

• You must be the registered owner or authorized representative of the vehicle to request CARB testing services.

• The vehicle must meet all requirements as stated in our CARB Testing Policy.

 

 

 

 

2. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

 

• You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge.

• You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.

• If you cancel between 24–12 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee will be applied.

• If you do not show up or are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time then your appointment will be canceled and no refunds will be given. 

• If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

 

3. Payments & Refunds

 

 

• All payments for CARB testing services must be made in full prior to testing unless otherwise agreed upon.

• There are no refunds for failed tests. It is the truck owner’s responsibility to resolve any issues causing the truck to fail.

• If OTR Services arrives to perform a CARB test and the vehicle displays any warning lights on the dashboard (e.g., check engine light, MIL light, or any other indicator of engine malfunction), the test cannot be performed. In such cases, no refund will be issued. The issue must be resolved by a certified mechanic, and a new appointment must be scheduled through our website with a new payment.

• OTR Services is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by the State of California, including but not limited to truck registration fees to the state of CA. The truck owner must pay these fees directly via the CARB portal.

 

 

 

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

 

• OTR Services only provides CARB testing and does not guarantee a vehicle’s compliance with state regulations.

• We are not liable for any damages, fines, or penalties that result from a failed test or non-compliance with CARB regulations.

 

 

 

 

5. Data Collection & Privacy

 

 

• By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal and vehicle information.

 

 

 

 

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

 

 

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website.
